Wing ‘N Pizza Shack was first opened in 2002 by Tim Simmons. The “Shack” has been a thriving staple in town with 15+ years of dedication and hard work from the original owner. In 2004 Bradley started working for Tim at the Middletown location. In 2017, Tim passed the torch and Bradley took over Wing ‘N Pizza Shack. Bradley has carried on many of the traditions passed down to him from Tim. After years of carrying the torch alone, Bradley partnered with Joe & Sharyn Volpe in October of 2022 in an effort to expand the business. Bringing with him an additional 12 years of experience in the pizza industry, Joe was eager to join forces with Bradley to take Wing N Pizza Shack to the next level. The overall goal being optimization of every detail of the business before expanding to other locations. Collectively the three of us want to deliver high quality pizza and wings, at a reasonable price, in the shortest amount of time possible. Like Bradley, Joe and Sharyn are also serial entrepreneurs with years of success and experience building businesses. Together, we intend on combining all of our experience to make Wing ‘N Pizza Shack bigger, better and faster than EVER!
